Something that has always been part of my life, has been healthy eating. It seems I always have been the one that orders the salad when going out to lunch with coworkers. It has always been easy for me to pass the desert tray and shoot right over to the veggie tray when at parties. I am always on the lookout in how to make healthy choices for my family. It has just been a part of my lifestyle for as long as I can remember. As the years began to pass I started taking what I eat and feed my family more seriously and began reading books, book after book after book. The more I began to read the more I found there was to learn and I was hooked! I began sharing my knowledge with friends and family and people really listened to what I had to say.
I found my true calling, that is when I decided to go back to school for nutrition so I could begin to teach and help others on how to live a happier, healthier lifestyle.

I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
