Superfoods: The Food and Medicine of the Future

This is one of my newer books and I love it!  David Wolfe is a raw foodist and was one of my instructors with IIN.  I was inspired by his lecture and learned so much about superfoods and the importance of their roll in our daily lives.

Raw: The Uncook Book: New Vegetarian Food for Life

I love this book for the pictures! Everything looks so good, I want to make it all!  I have made quite a few things from this book and everything comes out amazingly good.  I tend not to refer to this book as often as he uses a long list of ingredients in almost every main course.  His smoothies are great!!  I love love love the oatmeal cookies and the nutloaf and mash taters so good!

The Fast Track Detox Diet: Boost metabolism, get rid of fattening toxins, jump-start weight loss and keep the pounds off for good

This book I have had for 15 years, I always go back to it every 6 months when ever I want to detox.  This book changed my life as it taught me about the importance of a detox and the proper way to do one.  This book was what had me make the change over from conventional foods to organic foods. I have loaned this book out several times to my friends and they have followed this detox too with amazing results.

You Can Heal Your Life

This book was the first motivational, positive thinking books I have read.  I feel in love with Louise Hay’s writing and her life story.  It amazed and inspired me how our thoughts can control every aspect of our lives, and if we can change the words we use we can change everything.  I have read several other Louise Hay books and I love them all, but this one is my first and I will always keep an extra one around so I can share it with others.
